Our Approach

Our own time and energy is allocated heavily in company building. While the two words “Venture” and “Capital” share equal billing, “Venture” (company building) commands most of our attention. We place the people we invest in as the single most important determinate of a company’s success, and we spend most of our time and energy helping our entrepreneurs to build their businesses as active Board members, strategic advisors and close extensions of entrepreneurial teams – in some cases serving as operators ourselves.

Our investments can range from as little as $100,000 to start a new venture to $15 million over a company's life cycle. While we consider ourselves active and supportive early-stage investors, our funds maintain the flexibility to provide venture capital across multiple stages.
